Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time On-site and remote
Key responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's time effectively and remove non-essential items from his to do list
Diary management and coordination including personal
Coordinate multi-time zone meetings and travel
Plan, schedule and book international travel and manage complex itineraries inc personal
Financial administration support inc personal
Oversee all offices and work effectively with key management to provide updates to the CEO
Put in place better working practices to ensure the business runs smoother
Work closely with the business leadership team
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
Min. 5 years as a PA in a fast-paced and demanding environment
UK PA/work experience is preferred
High attention to detail and efficient / organized
Lateral, proactive, with a can do attitude
Experience of managing a family household
Passion for creativity and mobile marketing a bonus, as is use of Adobe toolkit
UK Degree preferable with excellent Microsoft office esp. PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal English is a must. Mandarin a bonus
Work well in a team but also comfortable using own initiative
Able to function under pressure and deliver high standards under tight deadlines
Support with family matters to help create a better balance
Help facilitate a better work life balance for the CEO
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
