Job Description:
• Completed 2 years in college
• At least 1 year of sales, collections, or customer retention experience in a BPO and/or shared services environment
• Account management experience is a plus
• Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
• Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
• Familiarity with online advertising products and services
• Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
• Can work in BGC, Taguig City
