Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Accepts inbound calls and handles customer's problems from the products supported.
•Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility for follow up top ensure
•customer needs and expectations are met.
•Determines appropriate action to be taken on customer's behalf on prescribed resolution procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Can read, write and speak in ANY OF THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES: Thai, Japanese, Indonesian or
Vietnamese
•Speak and understand at least basic English
•At least 1 Year of working experience in Customer Service catering to Gaming Industry
•Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends
•For foreign applicants, travel documents must be valid.
•Willing to work in Pasay area
Required languages: ANY OF THE FOLLOWING
•Japanese
•Thai
•Vietnamese
•Bahasa Indonesia
•Must alteast know basic English
