Responsibilities of the position:
- Request Management
- Incident Management
- Interaction with internal and external clients during the lifecycle of technical issues
- Detection and escalation of major technical outages, bugs, etc.
- Good presentation - This position would be interacting with internal and external clients via email support and
video chat. They will be representing Teleperformance and we need to make sure that they project a neat
image.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirments:
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Troubleshooting skills
- Good people skills (conflict resolution, tolerance, patience, empathy, collaboration)
- Customer Service profile - Part of the HR filtering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or any other IT major)
- Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written
- One year of IT Customer Service experience
- Able to work in MOA, Pasay City site
