Qualifications
At least HS graduate
Must have at least good communication skills
Must be amenable to work in shifts and holidays
Must be willing work in Cebu Business Park
Can start ASAP
Critical Skills
Preferrably with at least one-year customer service experience in a contact center.
Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by clients to tailor responses and actions to meet the client’s specific needs and provide information in a positive manner.
Ability to effectively probe clients to obtain information needed to process customer requests and be an efficient  problem solver.
Strong customer service, analytical and decision making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment.
Ability to operate a phone system, personal computer.
Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
