Job Description
Identifies and analyses potential hazards and risk areas through the use of the Food and Safety Management Systems together with the Hygiene & Sanitation Department.
Work closely with the Chief Steward on the cleaning procedures and pest control system
Recommends procedures for remedial actions to prevent and eliminate hazards on water.
