Process warranty approval, claims, and repair orders.
Ensures warranty paper works are properly documented and processed correctly.
Keep abreast of technical bulletins and campaigns.
Process warranty payment and/or claims to the dealer in coordination with the Accounting personnel for RO, invoices, and other documents.
Secures cost in curve on warranty work performed by technicians.
Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of Warranty Storage and Warranty tags.
Accomplish Warranty Reports deadlines to distributors.
Updates and monitors data reports as assigned by the supervisor
Observe company policies, rules, and regulations.
