Description
1.1 To ensure production material requisitions are complete and correct.
1.2 To ensure proper and safe handling of materials to prevent contamination damage or loss.
2.0 Duties and Responsibilities
Regular Duties
2.1 Prepares materials needed for production and ensures requirements are measured correctly
2.2 Fills-up Dispensary Sheet for every batch being prepared
2.3 Ensures excess materials are properly labeled, recorded, and stored
2.4 Ensures first-in-first-out (FIFO) is applied
2.5 Ensures first-expiry-first-out (FEFO) is applied
2.6 Ensures rejected materials are segregated from acceptable materials
2.7 Ensures company policies and procedures are strictly implemented
Occasional Duties
2.8 Assists in the conduct of physical count
2.9 Cleans pallets every week
2.10 Performs duties and responsibilities of processman in his absence
2.11 Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior

Minimum education level: Vocational
Years of experience: 1
