Supports all functions of the procurement department and assist the procurement head in sourcing, negotiating, coordinating and monitoring of deliveries and payments of good and services needed by the company.
DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Sourcing and Negotiation
Continue to find new suppliers and contractors that will fulfill the companys needs
Coordinate with end-users regarding requirements specifications and scope of works
Negotiate all purchases of goods and services with suppliers and subcontractors
Generate proper tabulation of offers for commercial and technical review
Generate purchase orders for issuance to suppliers for delivery of goods
2. Delivery and Payment Monitoring
Coordinate, monitor and make sure that all deliveries of items and deliverables of services are on schedule
Monitor and follow up payment to supplier and subcontractors.
WAREHOUSEMAN:
Job Description:
Receive all incoming deliveries (materials, tools and equipment).
Maintain proper filling of receipts of received materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain proper and updated recording as to current equipment, tools and materials on site and project warehouse.
Maintain proper arrangement of materials stored at warehouse and tagging for easy identification.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably a Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Must be willing to be assigned in Sta. Mesa, Manila City.
