Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the warehouse operation. Ensures appropriate receiving and issuing of all items. Responsible for monthly and year end inventory. Perform quality checks and safety measure.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintains cleanliness, maintenance and general upkeep the area of my responsibility.
2. Receives all incoming materials and to ensure all materials is properly documented.
3. Monitors the availability of raw materials for production requirement.
4. Maintains personal hygiene by following procedure on proper wearing of gown and other personal protective equipment.
5. Encodes and generates hard copy of Materials Receiving Report for incoming inventory materials.
6. Provides controls number of each raw materials based from the SOP ref.WH-SOP-3.
7. Record all incoming deliveries to the inventory card.
8. Regularly updates inventory record and all document are properly file and transmitted to concerned department.
9. Monitor the in and out of materials based on first-in, first-out (FIFO) or first- expiry, first-out principle in the issuance of RM.
10. Checks and counter check RM for weighing.
11. Checks and verifies quantity, identity and condition of materials to be received.
12. Prepares purchased requisition for all raw materials need by production.
13.Responsible to maintain organized all documents.
14. Reports warehouse concern and any deviations to the management that causes delay in operation.
15. Monitors all pending request and address to the purchasing officer.
16. Monitors the re test or revalidation /re assay of raw materials, flavors, bulk materials and excipients before reaching the expiry date.
17. Conducts physical annual inventory at year end.
18. Monitors all logbooks inside the warehouse is updated.
19. Inspects the machinery and equipment is calibrated or need to repair and maintenance.
20. Monitors the environmental condition of the room.
21. Maintains a safe and orderly environment of facilities
22. Supervise the Raw Material and Packaging Material area.
