JOB LOCATION: Technolux Bldg., 2176 Primo Rivera St., Brgy. Lapaz, Makati City
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least college level.
With work experience in Warehouse Operations.
Preferably can operate forklift
Can drive 4 wheels and with Driver's License
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
SALARY: Competitive Basic Salary, possibly with Variable Pay (e.g. 14th Month, Special Bonuses)
ALLOWANCES: 1) Food, 2) Communication, 3) Medicine, 4) Overtime Meal, etc.
WORK TOOLS: Uniforms including safety shoes
INSURANCE: 1) Health (with Dental), 2) Life
LEAVES: 30 days, maximum of 7 days convertible to cash
FITNESS: Free access to Company Gym
RETIREMENT PLAN: Far superior compared to the minimum government mandated plan
EMPLOYMENT: Direct Hire, with full SSS, Pag-IBIG, and Philhealth coverage
JOB SUMMARY: Checks, inspects and arranges all incoming deliveries / shipment / returns; prepares the proper documentation and labeling of all equipment for safekeeping.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Checks and inspects physical condition of all incoming shipments as to damage, dents and defects.
Checks and inspects all incoming deliveries / shipments / returns as to actual quantity received, serial number, part number, model number, description and standard accessories based on the Packing List, Delivery Receipt and other references.
Prepares Receiving Report (RR) for all items received in the warehouse against the Packing List/Purchase Requisition. Reports discrepancies noted.
Ensures proper labeling and tagging of all stocks for safekeeping.
Posts entries on stock cards.
Prepares the pre-assigned area/location of stock for storage and safekeeping.
Prepares the equipment for delivery according to the approved Delivery Receipt (DR).
Conducts periodic physical count of items and reconcile with records.
Checks all stocks as to cleanliness and completeness.
