Warehouse Team Leader - inboundZALORA SEA

The Warehouse Team Leader for the Inbound Team of ZALORA Philippines will manage the inbound process and team members to ensure all KPI's and targets are achieved for Goods in, Pre-retail, Transfers, Returns and Put Away departments. The position will be based in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) and will be reporting to the Inbound Supervisor and Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:
Daily allocation and monitoring of tasks and duties
Assist inbound supervisor to manage all inbound operations and ensure the team meets all KPIs including but not limited to zero inbound errors, zero backlog on inbound floors
Notify appropriate departments when supplier non-conformance or shortage/overages are found, i.e. Buying
Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
Produce internal performance reporting in order that throughput, quality, and trends can be monitored and assessed
To monitor the process and propose improvements that can give performance gains to the team
To manage and drive the team with the Zalora Way performance culture
Always ensure compliance to all Health and Safety legislation / guidelines for self and staff
Carry out internal health and safety audits as and when requested
Brief staff weekly on operational targets and achievements
Escalate issues to senior management within an appropriate time frame
Provide warehouse management with end of day / shift handover information
Requirements:
Minimum certificate / diploma in any field
Qualifications related to Logistics / Warehousing is an added advantage
1 to 2 years Logistics, Warehousing or related experience in Warehouse inbound operations
Proficient with Microsoft Excel Has experience using Warehouse Management Systems and / or Order Management System
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications and familiarity with the internet and email communications
Performance and KPI-driven
Must be a team player and demonstrate leadership capabilities
Able to work long hours during peak cycle
Amenable to working 6 days a week (Mondays to Saturdays)
Amenable to be assigned in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) and work onsite
Preferably, can start as soon as possible
