Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and monitors the productivity of its staff. Warehouse Supervisor often work in busy environment where priorities can change at a moment's notice, so an ability to multitask delegation is essential with this role. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Manage and account warehousing and storage of all materials.
Ensures all items are being stored properly. 
Supervises the delivery of materials and supplies to all district facilities upon schedule and /or request.
Makes emergency deliveries if needed. Coordinates with logistic teams at all times.
Ensures accuracy forms and reports. 
Plans & directs the inventory and stock control programs for Materials. 
Maintains the inventory of supplies coordinates the replacement and ordering of such. 
Completes all the documents required for warehouse and accounting. 
Works closely with the production to recommend quantities of supplies for purchase and exercises budgetary control over warehouse operations. 
Develops procedures and recommends estimates for an orderly replacement of exiting materials as it expires or deteriorates. 
Keeps stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements. 
Regularly reports incoming, outgoing and stock transfer, trucking and container delivery on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 
Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met. 
Supervises processing of all receiving reports on all shipments received through the warehouse. 
Supervises cleaning of the warehouse including waste disposal of packaging materials. Develops cleaning schedule 
Ensures that supplier follows company policy and delivery schedule.
Ensures all requested items by other department is delivered on time. 
Performs other duties assigned by Manager.
