WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
 
Job Summary
 
A Warehouse Supervisor oversees, monitor and supervise warehouse operation which includes but not limited to stocks inventory, manpower, asset management, process improvements and implementation and generation of reports.
 
Functions:
Oversees, monitors and supervises the following warehouse section:
Receiving
Picking
Checking for Loading of Stocks
Piling
Repacking (Food and Non-Food)
Ensures accuracy of inventory in the system
Evaluates and recommends manpower movements based on operational needs.
Ensures BO and Return Management is implemented
Adheres to the company's Code of Conduct and make sure the same is implemented and adhered by the workforce.
Works closely with the Inventory Demand Planner and the Procurement Team
Implements daily huddle
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Business Administration
3 years work experience in similar type of work
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Scheduling
Excellent analytical and planning skills
Good people, asset and business partner management
