Warehouse SupervisorRockwell Land Corporation

Coordinates the daily activities in the warehouse. The ultimate goal of the job is to manage the inventory of stocks as it comes and moves them into shelves as needed and is also responsible in creating schedules for delivery, release, and replenishment of materials depending on the stock levels at the warehouse.
Role and Responsibilities
Logistics Management
Creates the schedules of warehouse movements including delivery, pick-up, and release of materials to or from suppliers and/or to and from the construction sites by coordinating with different teams for matters related with stock transfers
Prepares and inspects for the accuracy and completeness of all documents used in logistics:
Delivery Receipts
Material Request Form
Material Release Form
Area Organization and Management
Maintains the warehouse area by organizing the floor space, adhering to safety, convenience and design principles
Ensures the safety and security of the warehouse by implementing measures that reduces the risks of incidents related to calamities resulting to physical damages like fire, earthquake, and floods, and situations involving fraudulent behaviors i.e. theft and dishonesty
Maintains inventory by conducting regular monthly physical counts and reconciling variances, inputting these data to applicable monitoring reports
Performs other tasks as instructed
Keeps company equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, creating troubleshooting breakdowns; scheduling preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs
2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse management involving directing and coordinating operations
A good working IT-related skill to perform computer aided and generated works and systems management
Knowledge of warehousing inventory and efficiency reports
Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data
Strong organizational and time management skills
