Essential Functions
Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
Coordinates and oversees all warehouse operational requirements and ensures that all obstacles to the processes are cleared.
Supervise and direct warehouse staff. Motivate and lead them to effectively carry out given tasks
Track and account for all incoming and outgoing materials
Ensure proper and timely delivery of materials to contractors at site. Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with the concerned Departments/Contractors.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical count; reconciliation of variances, and inputting accurate data.
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is kept at all times
Maintain documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed
Ensure that materials match with the material request lists before dispatching it to requesting contractors.
Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff
Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products
Abide by and enforce facility rules and state laws and regulations
Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system
Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Peripheral Functions
Performs other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
The candidate must be/have:
1. A graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or business-related course
2. Knowledgeable of the basic accounting principles
3. At least 1 year of experience in related field
4. Keen attention to details, can handle pressure, flexible, and trainable
5. Proficient in using MS Office Application, and preferably knowledgeable of any accounting systems or software.
6. High analytical skills
7. knowledgeable in safety management, Data Entry Management,
8. Dependable and Deadline-Oriented
