Job Description:
In-charge for W.H. Delivery Records
In-charge for any request of consignment note monitoring
In-charge for follow up delivery to store if all items are in good condition
In-charge for PH Double Check
In-charge for PH Itemized Check
In-charge for Pending I.B.
In-charge for Daily Outbound Monitoring
In-charge for Weekly balance cartons and completion file
Ensures that all delivery for existing stores is encoded
Ensures that all delivery for new stores is encoded
Maybe required other workload and duties assigned by the immediate superior
Assist his/her Fleet Supervisor on his daily monitoring task.
Own trucks data monitoring for trips and expenses.
Manage fleet budget distribution.
