The successful candidate will be responsible in maintaining the materials library in SAP including material definition, classification and others, and to ensure its completeness and accuracy.
Ensures that the SAP materials library is complete and accurate
Conducts actual research and cataloguing in SAP of turned over materials in the warehouses
Manages and attends to materials maintenance requests by end-users
Coordinates with technical/non-technical groups on the updating of the materials library
Conducts periodic review and publication of the online materials catalogue
Conducts data analysis and develops reports for improvement programs for warehouse operations
Supports the implementation of SAP and WMD procedures, processes and programs in warehousing and inventory management
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 2 to 3 years in IT/warehousing/inventory management/inventory application.
Preferably candidates with exposure in the Power/Energy industry
Exposure in any Material Management Systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; proficiency in MS Excel is a must
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
