The Warehouse Operations Staff is responsible in ensuring the continuous flow of activities needed to run the operations of the Fresh Bread Distribution Center. The responsibilities include SAP invoice processing, coordination on the dispatch status, creation and analysis of reports and overseeing dispatch operations.
Receiving Efficiency and Space Management
1. Ensures that finished goods received from production is received within the time allocated.
2. Ensures that DC capacity will be able to accommodate production output, in terms on manpower, working hours and other related resources.
3. Computes total incoming stocks based on OTF versus on-hand crates inventory to ensure that there will be no stoppage in receiving due to lack of crates.
4. Ensures that products delivered from principals are pre-planned and received at the appointment time set.
5. Ensures proper recording of goods issuance / stocks in the inventory record.

Inter-warehouse transfer management
1. Ensures that inter-warehouse transfers to cross-dock hubs are dispatched on time to prevent potential backlogs
2. Ensures product quality standards are maintained during receiving of goods.
3. Performs other warehouse operations tasks as assigned.
Graduated with a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Commerce or an equivalent course
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Good multitasking skills
Must have knowledge in the use of computer applications particularly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP functions
Physically fit and able
Willing to be on-call for operation emergencies
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Preference will be given to those with 1-2 years work experience in logistics or in an engineering function
