Summary of Activities:
1. Implement strategies, plans and policies in alignment with MMI's growth plans for the assigned account/s;
2. Engage with Clients on a regular basis to ensure that all service level and performance expectations of the Clients are met;
3. Responsible for the account's Profit and Loss (P&L). Implement approved activities for revenue generation and cost reduction to improve profitability at each site;
4. Lead operational discussions about the account's financial/operational/people performance on a monthly basis;
5. Ensure that proper controls are in place so that the site:
a. Bills and collects revenues on time;
b. Has zero (0) claims;
c. Has no outstanding payables to any vendor/lessor/service provider;
d. Has no under-utilized assets;
e. Is fully compliant with all laws, regulations and permitting requirements (Business Permit, ECC, Tax Declarations, Fire Safety) to run the site effectively;
f. Has zero (0) accidents and safety and security risks.
6. Drive 100% adoption of technology tools in the site for improved efficiency and accuracy.
7. Uphold Operations standards and practices that adhere with applicable Philippine laws, including Data Privacy Regulations.
Leadership
8. Optimize employee productivity and ensure that personnel costs are aligned with the budget;
9. Role model the culture of customer centricity in the site;
10. Monitor the achievement of performance metrics of the site Operations team;
11. Ensure compliance to the established policies of the Company;
12. Coach, mentor and recognize team members' collective and individual performance;
13. Champion operational excellence and safety initiatives within the Company, and optimize the use of all allotted resources (IT systems, headcount, general and administrative resources, etc.);
14. Lead the team to the highest standards of ethical work performance.
Most Impactful Outputs:
1. Annual Revenue and Profitability forecasts for the assigned account;
2. Annual OPEX/CAPEX budget for the assigned account;
3. Monthly Reports on Billing, Inventory Count, Claims, and Payment Accruals;
4. Monthly Good Warehouse Practices and Risk Management report;
5. Weekly site utilization and productivity report.
Leadership
1. Succession plans for Supervisors and below;
2. Individual development plans.
Requisite Skills:
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management practices;
• Account performance reporting;
• OPEX/CAPEX planning, budgeting and control;
• Knowledge of Philippine Supply Chain Laws and industry practices;
• Very good stakeholder management skills - both with internal and external clients;
• Very good people leadership and developmental skills;
• Proficient in internationally- recognized ERPs and all Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of a 4 to 5- year Business or Supply Chain Management course. 2-year Technical Education or Diploma courses are to be considered, so long as complemented by progressive and solid leadership experiences in Supply Chain Management;
• At least 5 years of Supply Chain Operations management experience in a mid- sized organization;
• At least 8 years of experience in the 3PL business.
