WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The Warehouse Operation Supervisor is the overall in-charge in the day-to-day operation of the DSO Branch Warehouse and Stocks Transfer distribution to other DSO. He/she ensures the completeness and accuracy of inventory at any given time and maintains product quality by applying company standards process, controls, and policy
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Branch Operations Lead
Oversee the overall Branch warehouse and distribution Center operation and ensures operational standards and controls of the company are implemented, and compliance with good Warehousing practices is followed.
Inventory Accuracy
Ensure 100% Inventory accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transactions in both SAP and Subsystem vs. physical. Performs cycle counts and participates in Van inventory route settlement.
Product Quality Sustainability
Ensure the First to Expire- First to Out policy. Report slow-moving SKU that requires rotation or sales program support, to avoid expiration and lastly compliance to Quality Management Program such as Beetle Count Index, Temperature-RH, and quarterly General Pest Control Activities
Safety and Health
Maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment within the Warehouse
Asset Management
Ensure compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong asset useability. Report condition of damaged and/or asset for disposal
People Management
Lead, motivate, coach, and guide personal development reporting directly to the position
Others
Manage various projects and tasks as they arise and upon the line manager's request
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a Degree in Business Administration preferably under Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, warehousing, and demand planning in a sales and distribution environment of an FMCG industry.
Able to speak and write English well and must be computer literate. SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
