Receives duly approved Purchase Requisition (PR) slip. PR should be processed within the day.
Canvasses for any requested materials, supplies or spare parts according to specifications and prepares tabulation of quotations. Canvassing from various suppliers should be completed within 2 days from receipt of PR. The tabulation of quotation is prepared within 2 days with a least 3 suppliers from receipt of PR.
Makes recommendation within 2 days from receipt of PR along with the tabulation sheet on where to purchase taking into consideration the price, product quality and the terms and conditions of the supplier. Submits recommendation to immediate and the end-user for approval within the day.
Prepared Purchase order within the day recommendation was approved, seeks approval within 2 days from date of preparation from all approving authorities and submits the same to supplier, Accounting and Warehouse Clerk within the day PO was fully approved.
Ensures items are delivered within the specified delivery date agreed with the supplier. Zero incident of delay.
Coordinates with the Warehousemen on the monitoring as to the monitoring of stock level of materials, diesel and other supplies and with the Checker on the level of raw materials.
Receives the daily projection of raw materials to be ordered from the Dispatch Manager and order the same within the day and follow-up for its timely delivery.
Advises management on any change in the prices of raw materials and diesel within the day official notice of price change is received.
Maintain orderly files of all PO to ensure no incident of lost PO.
Conducts appraisal of subordinates, give counseling and recommends training for optimum productivity and growth.
Prepares weekly report on Requisition vs. Deliveries to determine percentage of accomplishment and submits to immediate superior every 2nd working day of the following week.
Prepares report to determine percentage of issued materials and supplies with replacement in compliance to the No Issue, No replacement policy.
Sees to it that company rules and regulations are strictly followed by subordinates.
Strictly ensures observance of cleanliness and orderliness in the Warehouse and Checker's room.
Performs other duties as maybe required by the position.
Maintains a comfortable level of stocks of Raw materials (e.g. cement, flyash, admixture, diesel)
24/7 monitoring of Raw materials.
Provide haulers for concrete waste and prepares order of Payment
Provide Suppliers of ice and prepares order of Payment.
In charge of ordering and delivery of cement to probable buyers as endorsed by the Sales Department.
In charge of providing transport equipment for hauling of ICON equipment for delivery to the customers.
Education : B.S. Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering course
Licensing Requirements: With PRC License preferred, Valid Professional Driver's License
Skills: Good communication skills both oral and written
: Familiar with the spare parts of TM and other equipment and supplies used in Batching Plant or mining industry
: Must be updated on standard pricing of materials and supplies
: Good managerial and interpersonal skills
: Computer literate
Experience: Has at least 5 years managerial experience in Purchasing and Warehouse experience gained from Batching Plant or Mining Industry
