WAREHOUSE MANAGERMoss Manila Events House Inc.

We need a capable warehouse manager to oversee operations for receiving, warehousing, and distribution. You will be responsible for the timely receiving, storage, value-adding servicing, and distribution of a wide range of goods.
You should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Responsibility:
Strategic warehouse management in line with company policy and visionMonitor receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Configure the layout and ensure efficient use of space . Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operating policies and procedures.
Comply with all legal requirements for storage, handling and transportation.
Maintain health and safety, hygiene and security standards.
Manage inventory control and reconciliation with data storage systemPrepare annual budgetLiaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
Plan work rotation, assign work appropriately, and evaluate results.
Make regular reports and statistics (IN/OUT status reports, inventory reports, etc.)Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
Requirements:
Proven professional experience as a warehouse manager
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Solid knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Practical experience with warehouse and database management software
Leadership and people management skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills
graduate of Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, Engineering or business administration
