We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
To manage the receiving, storage, and distribution activities, we are searching for a skilled warehouse manager. You will be in charge of controlling the effective receiving, storage, value-adding servicing, and distribution of a wide range of goods. Will be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Responsibilities:
strategically run the warehouse in accordance with the goals and objectives of the business
Control activities for receiving, storage, distribution, and upkeep.
Layout the area and guarantee effective use of it
Create, plan, and implement the best operational policies and processes.
Follow all warehouse, handling, and shipping regulations uphold standards for hygiene, security, and health
Control inventory and check your data storage system's accuracy.
create a yearly budget
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and transportation firms
Establish work schedules, properly allocate jobs, and evaluate outcomes.
Regularly produce data and reports (such as an IN/OUT status report and a dead stock report).
Obtain suggestions and keep an eye on the level of service delivery
Qualifications:
Proven 10 years experience as a Warehouse Manager
experience with best practices for warehouse management
a track record of putting process improvement projects into action
strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehousing
practical knowledge of databases and warehouse management software
leadership abilities and staff management
strong ability to make decisions and solve problems superior communication abilities
graduate of BS in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
