Responsibilities:
Assists clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions.
Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
Provide customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters.
Prepare materials and deliver learning courses.
Assist in other implementation areas and design teams.
Participate in testing of new product development or enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably Industry Engineering
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and assignments.
Good presentation and training skills
