Job description
1. Directs and supervises the stacking and/or transfer of finished products.
2. Encode received transfer materials to data base.
3. Inspects the progress of work and performance of the warehouse crew.
4. Obtains information from milling regarding the type and volume of flour/offal produced and reconciles with the actual transfer at the end of the shift.
5. Checks that the products are properly identified, stored and safeguarded from mishandling or infestation. Reports infected stock for fumigation to Pest Control agent.
6. Reminds forklift operators on techniques to prevent breakdown and damage to products.
7. Checks that all warehousing schedules are met, and observes good housekeeping, safety procedures.
8. Verifies withdrawal of stocks to ensure that ?First-In-First-Out? method is followed.
9. Checks, records and signs delivery receipts.
10. Maintaining inventory controls and inventory accuracy.
11. Keeps all pallets in good condition. Repairs broken ones and those with nails sticking out. Makes sure they are not infested.
12. Performs all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

» Minimum 3-5 years practice in warehouse management (receiving, storage and issuance)

Products include bakery flour and mill feed. Product brands are Pine Tree, LFM Soft, Maya All-Purpose Flour, El Superior and LFM Bakers.
The products of the Company are sold through three distributors namely: Parity Values, Inc. Trade Demands, Inc. and Liberty Commodities Corporation. The products are then sold mainly to bakers, industrial end-users ( i.e. pastry and cake shops) as well a supermarkets. LFM Properties Corporation is engaged in the business of property development and other related activities. Liberty Engineering Corporation, another subsidiary of Liberty Flour Mills, Inc. extended corporate life for another 50 years from December 31, 2015.
