FPD is a food processing company primarily engaged in the manufacture of the globally renowned 7D brand of dried mangoes and other fruit products.
 
We are looking for a:
 
WAREHOUSE FACTORY SUPPLIES IN-CHARGE (CARMEN, CEBU)
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming factory supplies, tools, and materials
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse inventory
Issue factory supplies to production departments based on approved requests
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to prevent shortages or overstocking
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock cards, and warehouse reports
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and accounting departments
Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and warehouse operating standards
Safeguard warehouse items against damage, loss, or theft
Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management review
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in any 4 year course
Willing to be assigned at our FPD Dawis Norte, Carmen, Cebu Branch
With or without experience
Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and time management skills
Can work under pressure and can meet deadlines
Good verbal and written communications skills
Preferably proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Can easily adapt to an organizational culture with systems and procedures
Capable of working with less supervision and ability to multitask
Works well with others

Normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
