Position Purpose:
To administer the day-to-day operations planning and implementation of complex warehouse processes from inbound, storage, outbound picking and returns while ensuring adequate number of headcounts to perform warehouse duties.
Description of Duties:
To collaborate mainly with Logistics Executive and other team leads in setting daily warehouse operations priorities, activity plan and goals from inbound, outbound and return.
To monitor and ensure that all inbounds shipment will be processed from piece count, put away and system transacted within KPI lead time with the help of Inbound Executive and pickers.
Helps to coordinates and resolve Inbound system transaction problems to the correct personnel.
Checks details in the printed Shelf-Life Expiration Date (SLED) are correct prior issuance for labelling.
Execute the needed monthly SLOC (storage location) maintenance both in physical and in SAP system. Ensures proper segregation of stocks per storage location (damaged, expiring and good stocks).
Manages 5S in the workplace and storage area at any given time and propose or implement improvements as needed to ensure an organize, safe and productive workspace.
Supervise and ensure correct process is being implemented in the annual inventory stocktake.
Ensures all security measures in place for product security are being implemented.
Analyze delivery order volume requirements and plan for the adequate number of headcounts to complete the warehouse task.
Ensures that all documents needed in the delivery are complete prior picking.
Verifies and ensure correct SAP - Post Goods Issuance transaction in relation to the actual quantity and batch served.
Address delivery and service issues from internal customers by finding the root cause and creating solutions.
Creates and analyze monthly Inventory and Warehouse KPI reports.
Monitors the Teams productivity performance aligned with the KPI and;
Ensures continuous improvement to support projects for transformation and analyze risks associated in process changes.
Requirements
Requirements:
Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or with warehouse supervisory experience of at least 3 years.
Preferably works from a company with ISO certification
With Good Judgement and Decision-Making Skills
With background in Kaizen concept and 5S implementation
Service and Detail Oriented
Experience in SAP system
Microsoft Excel basic to advance user is a must
