Warehouse Encoder/Checker
Has the updated warehouse inventory in order to ensure on time and exact product availability for client's orders.
Monitors the stock orders
Encodes and maintain filing records daily and monthly in the system
Performs as checker and as a releasing personnel in the warehouse when the person in charge is not available
Keeps a record of file of in and out of requested stock and encodes in the system.
Prepares and print the Delivery Receipt (DR)
Process request from RMA/Service Team for replacement items
Updates stocks inventory in the system (limited/out of stock)
Checks the orders that was prepared by Warehouse staff
Reports any incident of incomplete or wrong items packed by Warehouse staff
Release orders for delivery
Other tasks depending on the company and its needs
