The Warehouse Dispatch Officer shall manage a team of Warehouse Dispatchers to ensure scheduled trips have corresponding assigned inhouse or 3PL rented trucks. The role will also coordinate and collaborate with the Linehaul Operations Coordinator for The Warehouse Dispatch Officer shall manage a team of Warehouse Dispatchers to ensure scheduled trips have corresponding assigned inhouse or 3PL rented trucks. The role will also coordinate and collaborate with the Linehaul Operations Coordinator for dispatch planning and schedule. The Warehouse Dispatch Officer shall report directly to the Dispatch Operations Manager or Regional Linehaul Manager. Responsibilities: Ensures dispatcher scheduled trips are aligned with the warehouse's Network Plan. Maximize utilization and efficiency of trucks. Managing driver/aide's schedules and and overtime schedule. Validating gas expenses and other internal costs (PCF charges, etc.). Conduct and provide training for newly hired/contracted drivers. Ensure trucks follow the company's SOPs and protocols. Supervise drivers/aides and their routes. Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding and 3PL industry. Strong knowledge on NCR and Luzon Routes Experience in managing a team of Drivers. Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna.
