SUMMARY OF JOB:
The main duty of a Warehouse Staff is to monitor all materials and equipment for every transaction
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Below are some, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities of Warehouse Staff:
1. Receives and issues materials for every transaction or withdrawal from the warehouse
2. Maintains inventory records of tool, materials and equipment
3. Prepares tools and materials for servicing use
4. Handles preparation for the incoming materials purchased by the company
5. Supervises the cleanliness of the warehouse area, electrical equipment and tools
6. Handles the collection of waste materials such as metal coppers and wires from the production area after every working hour
7. Timekeeping
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1. At least high school or senior high school graduate
2. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
3. Excellent organizational skills
4. Knowledgeable in the use of computer and various applications such as MS Office, etc.
5. Highly motivated to do tasks
6. Proactive in handling situations
7. Resourceful and has keen attention to details
8. Fast learner and can work with minimal or no supervision required
Willing to work under pressure
