Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for all field tasks to be done in the CDO warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory
○ Monitor daily inventory in Mets Cavite, and report any discrepancies to Inventory Control Supervisor
○ Participate in regular cycle counts.
○ Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
○ Identifies and reports slow-moving products and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
Warehouse
○ Inspects picked stock of Mets Locators from the storage room
○ Double checks tally sheets
○ Signs Delivery Receipt for pick-ups and delivery
○ Receive supplier deliveries
○ Check the quantity of received goods versus delivery receipt
○ Do random checking of received goods to ensure quality
○ Fill-out Item Receiving Form, Receiving Report, Receiving Checklist, and Withdrawal form to be used in records reconciliation.
○ Report any discrepancies in received goods delivered by suppliers
○ Report any damages or unacceptable goods delivered by suppliers
Logistics
○ Prepare all necessary documents for dispatching, making sure all are accurate ○ Ensure proper documentation of delivery receipts
○ Assist in managing and monitoring fleet performance
○ Update and maintain Delivery Disposition Report
○ Assist in monitoring deliveries/Pick up and coordinating with Sales and clients about delivery/pick-up inquiries
Credit and Collections
○ Ensures all invoices are paid before release
○ Updates disposition sheet to assist collection including but not limited to returns and mode of payments
○ Forwards payment concerns to C&C for alignment and resolution
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
College graduate of any business-related course, preferrably in logistics or supply chain management
At least three (3) years related work experience
Able and willing to perform physical tasks like lifting carons/boxes.
Team player and possesses good interpersonal skills
Must be reliable and responsible.
Honest and possess optimism towards work.
Organized and detail-focused.
Willing to work night shift
