Ensures effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals.
Manages the replenishing, tracking, delivery/receipt, stock control, warehousing and monitoring product flow
Implement the rules, policies and the general operating procedures of the logistics and fulfillment
Oversees daily operations of the logistics and resolves overall open issues; ensures systematic process in the preparation and fulfillment of orders
Oversees and monitors availability of stock to reduce shortages; efficient allocation of products resources and prioritize according to the urgent needs of the promotions.
Investigates incidents related to missing/lost/mishandling of orders and/or products.
Collaborates with the Operations teams to evaluate and plan for the continuous improvement of the logistics and fulfillment to support the operational requirements
Manages the work and schedule of the logistics & fulfillment assistants (encoders and warehouse stockmen); prepares the monthly evaluation of the team and provide feedback objectively
Regular meetings with GM/Operations Manager
Establish & keeping track daily/weekly/monthly team performance report in terms of its services, productivity, efficiency & cost.
Handling customer's complaint/feedback & excellent trouble shooting skills.
Requirements:
At least 2 years working experience in Logistics, Inventory or Hub working environment, working experience in courier & logistic working environment would be an advantage
Bachelor Degree / Diploma Certificate
Excellent computer skills and knowledgeable in Google Sheets/Docs is a plus
Good knowledge in optimization processes
Good knowledge in vendor's management & project management
Salary: ₱20000 - ₱30000
