Healthy Options Warehouse & Distribution team is looking for temporary Administrative Assistants
Responsible for all warehouse transactions with regards to system administration (receiving, issuing, storing and dispatching stocks)
Assist Warehouse Supervisor & other team members in service operations
Assist in inventory management
Report or communicate any issues and/or discrepancies to the team
Assist in other administrative tasks which may be assigned
Graduate of 4 year course in Business, IT, Industrial Engineering or other related courses
Knowledge/skills in excel, process mapping
Fast learner & detail-oriented
Good communication skills
Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel, etc)
Lives in QC or easy access to Libis, QC (willing to work on-site)
Willing to work for a project-based role for 6 months
Non-smoker
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Retail Industry 3 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
