What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of a Walmart Marketplace Account Manager for our client, one of the leading manufacturers of Intelligent Pest Management solutions in the US. In this role, you will be responsible to manage and optimize a Third-Party (3P) Walmart Marketplace selling program.
Beyond your experience, we are looking for someone who has the ability to succeed in a quickly changing business environment; someone with strong entrepreneurial skills and can adapt to working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Manage and optimize a Third-Party (3P) Walmart Marketplace selling program in the U.S.
Conduct analysis on products available to sell in the Walmart WFS program to identify potential strong sellers for inclusion in the selling program and to drive volume and maintain the health of the Walmart Marketplace account.
Work to create optimized listings on Walmart.com using product information provided by the Company; update and create listings for, on an ongoing basis, new products as provided by the Company.
Create and execute a strategy for increasing the number and quality of product reviews for products sold in the 3P account.
Create and manage a retail pricing strategy; monitor pricing of product listings and develop / execute a strategy to increase Buy Box win percentage.
Owns the Walmart.com promotional calendar, making sure it aligns with overall sales business objectives.
Identify promotional opportunities available to the Company on Walmart.com, launch, and operate such promotions, and where available.
Work closely with legal services to remove unwanted third-party resellers from Walmart.com for Company-owned and registered brands.
Ongoing Operational Support - Recommend overall operating approach for the 3P account, including use of WFS versus other fulfillment approaches, and customer support requirements, advisory in packaging and labeling preparation to meet Walmart.com requirements, provide ongoing support, data, and forecasts to inform inventory positions held within Walmart's WFS program, as utilized.
Ongoing Strategic Support - Constant, proactive recommendations to identify growth opportunities and improve Walmart.com performance.
Responsible for Walmart.com operations, works closely with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, supply chain, customer service) to ensure the best possible customer experience is achieved.
Collaborate with the retail sales/marketing team to execute a cohesive brand experience and presence on Walmart.com (imagery, messaging, product details, etc.)
Expand and elevate our Customer Review program across Walmart products and new launches.
Serve as Walmart.com channel expert; offer insight and knowledge regarding Walmart.com channel optimization to include discoverability, conversion driving tactics, new technology and partner programs to enhance overall Walmart.com business.

Core qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in building a retail brand on the Walmart.com platform through WFS.
Strong knowledge of Walmart.com A+ content marketing and inbound marketing tactics.
Ability to succeed in a quickly changing business environment.
Strong entrepreneurial skills and experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Have a thorough understanding of the CPG industry (ideally Pest Control category), seasonality and Walmart.com sales trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Track record of results in setting strategy and running a large volume, high profile retail brand within the Walmart.com channel.
Ability to analyze Walmart.com data sets to make strategic decisions for growing the Walmart channel.
