Job Description
Organises the restaurant/bar preparation of point of sale according to activity forecasts and product information
Ensures that the brand standards are properly applied at all times
Provides a high standard of F&B service and establishes good relations with guests
Work Experience
A diploma in hospitality is preferred / Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience of a similar role
Basic bartending and wine training
Flexible and outgoing, can do multi-tasking
