Responsibilities Bring subject matter expertise in the buy-side order and portfolio management industry and technology solutions. Work closely with Account Management and our customers. Actively support sales and marketing engagements and help to approve and qualify deals. Identify and build business cases for new products, services or offerings that will improve revenue and market penetration. Define feature and functional enhancements designed to fulfill the strategic and tactical objectives of the Broadridge Asset Management business. Develop and articulate the vision for the product and translate that to a prioritized roadmap taking into consideration strategic, tactical, client driven, technical debt priorities. Lead and direct a Product Analyst responsible for writing and prioritizing a backlog of user stories. Work closely with the digital transformation team to redesign legacy workflows and the overall user experience. Help ensure product's quality and adoption pre- and post-launch in collaboration with technology. Responsibilities: Provides direction, leads, and manages the development and implementation of strategic and organizational projects. Leads, directs, and coordinates the project management team in the design of the overall project, and in the development of the implementation plan and project timelines. Fosters and provides expert leadership and understanding of the strategic direction of BAS projects using innovative solutions. Identifies and develops relationships with affected constituencies at all levels ensures that constituent representatives are kept appropriately advised of project activities and are encouraged to participate as appropriate. Coordinates the activities of contributing teams consisting of operations/ functional and technical staff. Communicates and participates cross-departmentally with product and technical experts to remain on the forefront of advances in project management, technologies, tools, and applications. Advises teams representing constituent needs regarding cross-functional considerations, workflow integration and coordination, and optimization of best practices. Provides and ensures communication with and between project and constituent management at critical points in the implementation of the project plan. Identifies, secures, and coordinates implementation of internal and external resources and expertise as appropriate to achieve project objectives. Ensures that projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters negotiates changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines. Truly leads the success of the project and holds themselves accountable to troubleshoot and problem solve to move forward. Acts as an innovation evangelist across the organization. Provides thought leadership and takes a lead role defining project strategies and fostering innovation. Serves as an expert resource and continuously supports and mentors project team members. Builds and maintains strategic working relationships with key stakeholders and ensures strong partnerships across the organization. Anticipates stakeholders' needs and ensures their satisfaction related to the projects being delivered. Leads special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5-10 years of product management experience within the financial markets with a focus on portfolio and order management technology solutions. Extensive financial services experience with Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Broker Dealers & Banks. Knowledge of virtually all Asset Classes in Global markets and a strong understanding of the asset management ecosystem. Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to business partners. A self-starter attitude with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple project deliverables with minimal direction. Confidence communicating and tailoring messaging to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership. A comfort level with and understanding of technology Basic experience with Agile methodologies including participating in the product owner roles in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation and demos. Bachelor's degree required.
