Owns the Product Roadmap
Sets the overall vision and direction of the product
Supervises the implementation of product management processes such as SAFe, Scrum, Agile or similar nature
Coordinates with Mancom and Strategy team on direction and product vision
Manage major project/product with minimal supervision
Mentor and train peers and juniors
Present the roadmap plans to Mancom and other stakeholders
At least 5 years working experience in Project Management role or has had experience managing and/or launching a tech product for at least 3 years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Creative thinking skills
Familiarity with Product Management Frameworks such as PMP, Price, or Agile
Organizational and leadership abilities
Experience with data driven decision making
Preferred competencies:
Experience working in a startup environment
Solid technical understanding and/or experience in software development
Background in UI/UX and SEO
Background in Single Page Applications (SPA), Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and/or Mobile Applications
