Premier Family Business Consulting is looking for a VP - HR/OD for a general merchandising group of Companies. Experience in managing a chain of retail stores will be an advantage.
 
Your responsibility includes ensuring your department contributes the group of companies by providing (1) Organizational Development (OD) and Training, (2) Compensation and Benefits, (3) Recruitment & Placement, (4) Labor Relations and Health and Safety.

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Executive who is strong in the areas of Organization Development with focus on Performance Management, Job Evaluation and other OD Interventions.
 
You will collaborate with management to identify organizational and employee concerns and conceptualize strategies or organizational development to guarantee employee motivation and engagement.
 
You will manage the department’s responsibilities in recruitment and selection process.
 
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy such as strategic human resource management, analysis of design work, human capita planning and recruitment, training, performance management, employee development, pay structure decisions, rewards system, labor relations, and strategic human resource management.
Nurture a positive working environment to internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
Timely and substantial reporting to management and to provide decision support through HR metrics
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Master’s degree in Human Resource or Master’s in Business related courses is an advantage
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): Change Management, Training and Development, Organization Development, Strategic HR, Balanced Score Card, Competency-based Human Resource System
Leadership, Organizational skills, proficiency in word processor, spreadsheets, and presentation applications, Excellent oral and written communication skills, team player, flexible, positive and amiable disposition, Responsive, Reliability, and Resourcefulness
Required language(s): English and Filipino
