Purpose of the Job
This position is part of the Global IS User Experience Center. The Systems Engineer Analyst is responsible for ensuring Telephony services are running 24/7 on a 24/5 schedule, reach SLA/SLO's, and deliver the first-class service to Grundfos Colleagues. This role will be based in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting System Engineer Specialists and Consultants in system administrative tasks and technical troubleshooting
Assisting in finding the root cause for incidents and problems
2nd and 3rd level incident and problem handling
Configuring and troubleshoot Ribbon SBC 1000/2000 gateways
Configuring and troubleshooting Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams
Operation of TRIO Contact Center
Thorough, broad, and technical foundation with insight in IT in general
Able to troubleshoot technical issues with a structured and systematic approach and with minimal assistance
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in any IT related courses
With 2-3 years of experience in VOIP / IP telephony obtained in a large enterprise environment is preferred
A customer-oriented and service-minded person, always thinking about the user's satisfaction with the help you are providing
Able to troubleshoot large scale IT solutions with a focus on VOIP/IP-telephony
Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams, Ribbon SBC 1000/2000 gateways
Familiarity with Azure and other cloud solutions
Highly knowledgeable with different programming languages especially with SQL
Knows how to operate a contact center environment
Change-oriented, keen to learn and test new technologies
Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent English Communication Skills (written and oral)
Good Interpersonal Skills
The candidate must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
The following capabilities below would be nice, but not required:
Knowledge about case handling in Service Manager tools
Knowledge of Incident & Change Management
Experience with working on projects
Knowledge of the ITIL framework (processes)
