Description
Work Schedule: 1am - 10am (early morning shift)
A Global BPO company is currently looking for a VOIP Engineer who will be involved in managing Telephony Services for clients all across the globe. This role will be based in Ortigas Pasig City and offers a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities will include:
Troubleshoot VOIP related issues using in-house telephony debugging tools
Provide technical assistance to end-users
Carry out daily system monitoring.
Qualifications required:
1-3 years' experience in managing telephony products such as Cisco, AVAYA or other brands
Graduate of a degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Good understanding of SIP Trunking
Experience in ancillary products such as Engage Quality Assurance Platform and Echo Surveys
Certification in Incontact is a plus but not required
Willing to work from 1AM to 10AM.
