We are looking for a full-time Voice Support Representative. Customer Service Representative is focused on solving problems. Responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; transactions can be related to billing and collections support, client inquiries and product support. Tasks may include:
Calling customers to identify their inquiries and resolve customer issues 
Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues from device, to billing, to service concerns
Maintains appropriate records, prepares required reports, and updates customer accounts
Performs customer request/problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly
Documents troubleshooting efforts and customer information in data capture tool and when required, transfers call or promptly notifies responsible party for resolution
Develops and maintains an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and department's/product's key performance requirements
May identify root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction
Assist the customer support team with email and chat, if needed.
Requirements:
 
Bachelor’s degree in communications, computer science, product development or related field
Experience with CRM’s such as Intercom and Hubspot and other ticketing systems is an advantage
Experience in phone-based support roles, and can expertly speak to customers
Highly organized and detail-oriented
