Job Description
Provides design and engineering recommendations for implementation as needed
Ensures network security best practices are implemented through auditing: routers, switches, firewall configurations, changes control and monitoring
Monitors network traffic and internet links and provides technical support
Escalate emergency technical issues with Internet Service Provider (ISP) and vendors to ensure availability of business-critical services and maintain optimum up-time
Handles service request and troubleshoots incidents tickets to resolve issues and concern
Conducts company infrastructure daily and weekly health checks report
Updates documentation changes and prepare troubleshooting guide for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Provides network support for remote users
Weekend Support and On-call support when needed
Qualifications
Able to support & Troubleshoot network issues/problems
Deep knowledge on Router OS , such as PFSense or other Enterprise router OS
Deep knowledge in Dell Servers
Sufficient knowledge in Linux servers and commandline
Deep knowledge in Cisco routers & switches . Configure cisco routers
Knowledge in wireless network
Design & Implement network
Implement network security & firewalls.
Prioritize network traffic
Can implement internet redundancies / backup internet connection if there are ISP downtimes
Can support Voice/Network task
Handle PBX phone systems such as FreePBX, GotoConnect , NiceIncontact phone platforms

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Our teams are currently working from home however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
main internet: wired internet of at least 5mbps
reliable back up internet: at least 3mbps speed
