Your Team
As a member of Avaloq's global design team you will become a part of a talented and highly motivated group of designers, product managers, product owners, and engineers that are responsible for shaping Avaloq's product offering. You will play an integral role in this process by ensuring a design driven and human centered innovation and development approach leading to solutions that re-envisage our users' financial experience.
Your Mission
Create visually engaging and delightful user interfaces that make user tasks and information easy to find, easy to understand and easy to read
Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent user experience
Work in cross-functional teams that include engineers and product managers in order to create easy-to-use software
Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements, etc. into designs that are visually enticing and emotionally engaging
Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field
Create storyboards to tell visual stories that support product development as well as customer presentations
What you need
3+ years professional experience in designing user interfaces for web and desktop or mobile applications, layouts, or brand identities
Degree in graphic or visual design, or relevant qualification in a related field
The ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience
An ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time by being well organized, responsible and dedicated
A self-learning attitude, being able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch, and other relevant design tools.
