Roles and Responsibilities
As a Visa coordinator, you will be working closely with a Registered Migration Agent (RMA). The RMA will advise the client on what visa they can apply for, they will help them complete all the correct forms, and help them collect all the required documentation/evidence that is required to lodge an Australian Visa. They will then lodge the application with the Department of Home Affairs and look after the case until the visa has been approved.
Your role will be to help with the form filling process, preparing all the documents/evidence, and communicating with the client to keep them updated on the process.
As a Visa Coordinator you are required:
- To ensure 100% accuracy in document management, client communication and, form filling
- To ensure that the Migration Agent and client are supported effectively to achieve on-time lodgment
- To be proactive in continual development and improvement of the way we do things to allow us to continually achieve 100% accuracy and on-time lodgment
- To ensure all tasks and projects allocated to you are completed by the due date
Required Experience
- Experienced or knowledgeable in visa processing
- Experienced customer service in a BPO setup
Minimum Qualifications
- At Least 2 years BPO experience
