Job Description
Virtual Real Estate Assistant (Transaction Coordinator) (Full-Time - Graveyard Shift | US)
Full-time 40 hours per week
PHP 33,000 take-home pay monthly
Work Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday

About the Client:
Our client is a direct buyer of lands or properties in Texas and other parts of the US. As "land specialists" they help property owners to dispose of or sell their properties without the hassles of middlemen or agents that do not always have their best interest.
They are looking for experienced Real Estate VA that can support them during the completion of each sale to mainly follow up with either the seller or the new buyer and ensure compliance.
About the Role:
Provide efficient and effective administrative support
Verifying and booking appointments with leads/prospects
Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)
Do follow-ups with leads (sellers and buyers) to ensure the necessary documents or requirements are met in compliance with any sale regulation
Calendar and schedule management
Assist in managing listings to ensure all homes are properly listed in the MLS used with regular updates on changes necessary
Provide updates to Agents and other stakeholders regarding any additional information they may need to sell the home(s) to a potential buyer or vice versa
Fill and file documents including its management
Property research and general research tasks
Communicate with various parties, buyers/sellers, and other stakeholders accordingly
Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
Support and help organize the logistics for the scheduled open house(s)
Provide efficient customer service by entertaining inquiries and other concerns by dealing with all levels of people who may sometimes be a bit difficult to deal with
Other adhoc tasks as assigned
Skillset:
2-3 years of relevant work experience in the Real Estate industry
Strong English communication skills and comprehension
Positive, polite, and cheerful with good rapport building skills
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Competent in the use of various listing sites and platforms
Secretarial or administrative skills required (email, scheduling)
Good spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, etc)
Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely
Must be very organized and detail-oriented
Service driven with excellent customer service skills
Creative problem solver and highly adaptable to client needs
Sales and marketing background is an advantage but not required
