Our client is a Sydney-based firm is an established cleaning service company utilising experienced technicians and understanding customer expectations. They provide a professional and affordable solution to end-of-lease cleaning, carpet care and steam cleaning.
We are looking for a Virtual Operations Assistant ( General Virtual Assistant) that has professional and multitasking skillset. Knowledgeable in Social Media Management and Advertising tools such as Google Ads and familiarity in basic accounting and invoicing.
The Virtual Operations Assistant role has the following roles and responsibilities.
- Schedule jobs/book jobs in the CRM (Go High Level)
- Assist in managing the team by ensuring jobs are booked appropriately and effectively
- Own and manage the invoicing process via Quickbooks
- Reach out to customers to do follow ups
- Answer customer queries and send out appropriate vouchers like kid's vouchers, travel vouchers and the like
- Ideally someone that has experience with Google Ads & doing marketing collateral, etc. Prefered but not required
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
MUST be amenable to work on Saturdays ( 8 am to 5 PM PHT), and work minimally on weekdays to prepare and plot Social Media marketing plans and activities.
Must be a have an experience in Customer service in Hospitality or Service Industry.
Keen to details and has effective communication skills
Has a good business acumen in dealing different task at hand.
Fast learner and willing to be trained.
Problem solver and has ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines and produce high-quality work
