As a Loan Processor / Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks to assist the mortgage broker on their day-to-day tasks such as but not limited to the below:
Responsibilities:
Data entry and updating of clients and loan details in CRM systems
Processing, lodging, and tracking all loan applications from initial application to settlement
Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors/conveyancers, accountants, and other relevant third parties regarding mortgage applications
Following up outstanding documents from clients
Providing other administrative support as and when required
Qualifications:
University graduate
Previous experience in a similar role or industry (Banking/Finance/Mortgage Broking) is advantageous
A 'Customer First' mentality
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Knowledge of lending practices & loan processing will be advantageous but not essential
Interest in the finance/mortgage industry
Ability to identify, measure and solve a problem in a systematic manner
Good knowledge of cloud-based information-sharing tools such as Dropbox
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Mercury 5 or Sales trekker CRM
