Please.Do is an app-based service that allows you to delegate a set of tasks to a team of skilled and efficient assistants so that you can get hours back in your day to do what you love! As part of the health associate team, you’ll be working on healthcare related transcriptions and administrative support.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform healthcare related transcriptions (medical transcription)
Respond to task requests sent through our platform in a timely and professional manner
Manage and ensure that tasks are fulfilled with high quality delivery and in a timely manner
Perform task requirements or have these assigned to the correct fulfillment agents
We are looking for full time personnel, not just short term, project-based contractors

SKILLS:
Customer Service Orientation
Excellent in both written and verbal English communication
Healthcare experience a major plus
Medical Transcription Training or Experience a major plus
Physical Therapy Experience a major plus
Superb comprehension skills
Project Management
Calendar Management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least an Associate’s/Bachelor’s/2-year College Degree preferably in the healthcare, marketing, communications, business, public relations or equivalent.
Comfortable with technology, working with computers, mastery of MS Office with a specialization in Excel and using the internet for research
Must be able to adapt to changing roles, a team player, and must have the ability to multitask
Goal oriented and dependable
Attention to detail and have an eagerness to learn
Must be willing to work in shifting schedules (primarily the graveyard shift)
Must be willing to work in the Basak, Lapu-lapu City -- temporarily as Work From Home
