Job Summary:
The Virtual / Executive Assistant has a great knowledge in Australia Market. Will work remotely, organize and
update files, answer calls and emails, calendaring and assist in creating presentations and sales materials. The
ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized.
You will also be responsible for arranging travel itineraries, flights, and rooms, as well as tracking and
managing expenses and payments.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an adept recruiter with a great leadership skill and possess the eagerness
to fill in the roles in a cost-efficient way. Being proactive, creative, resourceful, and able to adapt in a fast-paced
environment is essential to this role.
Job Description:
-Answer phone calls and respond to emails
-Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and staff from all walks of life
-Handle inbound emails, calls, calendaring and inquires
-Prepare and organize databases and reports
-Handle confidential employer and client information
-Reach out to and call prospective clients
-Take notes or transcribe meetings
-Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
-Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed, research materials and sources for presentations
-Experience being an Executive Assistant to the CEO or in C level
Requirements
-3+ years experience as Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
-Experience in the accounting and/or finance industry is a plus
-Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services
-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and office management software
-Working knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
-Excellent phone, e-mail, and instant messaging communication skills
-Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
